All of our studios are kitted out with the same style of 5 piece “fusion” kit and cymbals. In Hoddesdon all of the kits are identical and in Bishop’s Stortford we have matched the kits to the rooms.
It’s documented that it’s good practice to play along to songs and try out things that you have just learned, so we have a virtually limitless library of songs to choose from.
We use a Tama Rhythm Watch 100 which is a special metronome for drummers. This is used frequently so that – in the age of technology and computers – students may master staying in time with a click track.
In Bishop’s Stotford there are two rooms, both air conditioned and brand newly, purposely built. In Hoddesdon there are three separate rooms within the same studio complex. Each studio has room for parking and they are both close to train stations and bus routes.
